Terms of Service
Last updated 22 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Fitted. Plain language, no tricks. If something here is unclear, email us and ask before you rely on it.
1. Who you are contracting with
Fitted is operated by Stucci Media, a company organised under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. In these terms, "we", "us", and "Fitted" mean Stucci Media. "You" means the person using the service.
Registered address and entity details are available on request by emailing rocci@stuccimedia.com.
By creating an account or using Fitted, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Fitted, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you are using Fitted on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. What Fitted does
Fitted rewrites your resume to fit a specific job posting, scores how well it matches, and generates related documents such as cover letters and interview preparation. It is a writing and analysis tool. It is not a recruiter, a career counsellor, an employment agency, a background-check provider, or a legal advisor.
4. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers using criteria we do not control and often cannot see.
We do not guarantee that any resume will pass a particular applicant tracking system. We format exports to be machine-readable using widely accepted practices, but ATS software varies, changes without notice, and is configured differently by every employer.
We do not guarantee that output will pass any AI-detection tool. Those tools are unreliable, disagree with each other, and frequently flag text written entirely by humans. Fitted is built to produce writing grounded in your real experience, which is the honest version of that goal. Anyone promising guaranteed undetectability is selling you something they cannot deliver.
5. Your content and who owns it
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything Fitted generates from it. We claim no rights over your resume, your history, or your documents.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the service: storing it in your account, transmitting it to our processors to generate output, and displaying it back to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the backup and record-keeping periods described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not contain another person's personal information without their permission.
6. Accuracy is your responsibility
Fitted rewrites what you give it. It is instructed not to invent employers, dates, titles, credentials, or numbers, and it flags anything it could not trace back to your uploaded resume. Those flags are warnings produced by software. They are not a guarantee, and they will not catch everything.
You are responsible for every word you submit to an employer. Read the output before you send it. Misrepresenting your history on a job application can cost you an offer or a job, and that consequence sits with you.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Fitted to:
- Fabricate qualifications, employment history, or credentials you do not hold.
- Impersonate another person or submit their history as your own.
- Upload someone else's personal information without their permission.
- Resell, scrape, or systematically extract the service or its output.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer the service or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that do these things, with notice where practical.
8. Plans, billing, and refunds
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not delete files you have already created.
One-time export purchases are consumed when the file is generated. If something goes wrong, email us within 14 days and we will refund you. We would rather issue a refund than argue about one. This does not affect any statutory refund rights you have where you live.
We may change prices. Existing subscribers receive at least 14 days' notice before a change affects their renewal.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase that are not collected at checkout.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep Fitted running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add, or remove features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
10. Third-party services
Fitted relies on third-party infrastructure, payment, and AI processing providers. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control. The current list of processors is in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitted is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost employment, or lost income.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the above applies only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you upload, statements you submit to employers, or your breach of these terms.
13. Ending your account
You can erase your content at any time from your account settings: this removes your resumes, job targets, generated documents, and voice profile. To close the account itself and remove your login, email us and we will complete it. See the Privacy Policy for what persists and for how long. We may terminate accounts for breach of section 7, or for non-payment.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at rocci@stuccimedia.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Most problems are a support ticket, not a lawsuit.
If the dispute is not resolved, you and we agree that it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
Nothing in this section removes any right you have to bring proceedings in your country of residence where local consumer law gives you that right.
15. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Fitted after that means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
16. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the service.
